Dr. Anne Marie Zaki

Dr. Anne Zaki, MD., is a brilliant surgeon and Dr. Jeslyn Vayalil, OD., is a fantastic optometrist. They are complemented by a solid team of professionals. I had cataract surgery and selected state-of-the-art light adjustable lenses (LAL from RXSight). The lenses allowed Dr. Zaki to optimize my vision in each eye to achieve the best possible results. I was lucky and achieved 20/15. I am incredibly happy! They are a busy group with an office in Peoria and another in Sun City West. If you need eye care and want the very best, I highly recommend Desert Eye Specialists!

Dr. Zaki is a very kind and compassionate doctor who spent a lot of time with me to diagnose my condition. She helped me to stabilize my condition and then completed the cataract surgery after my detached retina. She took into account the large difference in my vision between my two eyes and helped me decide on the right type of lens. I would recommend her!

We were referred to Dr Zaki due to my husband had corneal erosion. She was awesome and informative. We are totally glad we went to her. She saved my husband's vision.

My wife just had nodules removed from her left eye and the post op care she received was less than compassionate. Dr. Zaki does not believe in pain medications and you are just suppose to suck it up and deal with the pain from the surgery. Once the next visit is completed and the contact lens is removed from her eye we will be collecting her medical records and finding some other eye surgeon.

This is the best doctor I've ever had. Dr Zakl made everything so easy. She explained everything to the max and if I need any surgery in the future, I would call her even if she was practicing in another state. She had great bedside manner and a most efficient staff. Belinda was very knowledgeable and very personal as well. I highly recommend Dr Zaki and her staff.
