Dr. Anne Louise Martello, MD

If it was possible to give zero stars that would have been a more appropriate rating. I have spent 8 of the last 10 years of my professional career working on construction sites and have been treated with more respect there than what my father and I were shown at the Glen Burnie VA by Dr. Martello. She was disrespectful, dismissive, demeaning, and down right rude to both my father and I as we were trying to navigate his newly diagnosed stage 4 kidney disease during a hospital follow up with her. Thankfully the front desk staff at the office was much more compassionate and assisted us in scheduling follow ups with a different physician. My father and his fellow veterans have given more than any of us civilians can ever understand for this country and the absolute bare minimum we can give them in return is a team of health care professionals willing to treat them with the care and compassion that they deserve.

This "doctor" lacks compassion and active listening skills. She thinks she knows better than what the patient is experiencing and projects her ego onto your problems without addressing your concerns. I

This amazing Doctor took care of me and was very thorough. She was always on point and cared for every patient she sees.
