Anne Jung Hee Park

I went to nurse Park over a year ago for a hemorrhoid that was causing me debilitating pain. She told me to put cream on it and do some kegels. She never even looked at it to assess how bad it was. A year later and nothings helped. I go back telling her I need surgery desperately. She says she’ll give me a referral and needs to look. My appointment happened to be between flare ups so she wrote my referral as a general external hemorrhoid (which I didn’t know at the time). The surgeon who got it says I’m not urgent enough for a consult until over a month later. Nurse Park didn’t report any of my accounts of when it happens or how much pain I’m in or how terrified I was of the pain coming back within the week on her description. She pushed me off months and then egregiously down played my condition further prolonging my suffering. When I tried to have her correct the error they just sent the same, incorrect referral. I had to go to the ER and then find a specialist myself because nurse… Park handled my care with such callus indifference and negligence. I do not recommend her for any care aside from maybe writing a prescription refill.
