Horrible doctor and the girls at that office are very rude. Dr. Stillwell is a very unprofessional. I couldn't rely on her as my doctor she is the worse doctor I have ever had. Run away from this office all she cares about is money!

Dr. Stillwell is an amazing Practitioner... She pinpointed the problem and sent my son for a second surgery.. I thank God for her... My son is totally healed thank to all her help, phone calls and referral...I highly recommend Dr. STILLWELL.... She could have kept treating my son With pain meds like the other doctors did.. She found the issue and referred.. I sincerely applaud her!!!!

After being a patient for a number of years at Dr. Stilwell's office I was refused an appointment because a bill owed from services rendered in 2015. I was notified by Dr. Stilwell's office and subsequently contacted my health insurance at the time. I thought the bill was resolved by my insurance company at the time however it wasn't and I since moved so I never received the collections notice. I have since changed jobs and have brand new insurance 2 years later. When I called for an appointment they refused to schedule one because of the bill they sent to collections. They also refused to let me speak with Dr. Stilwell or give her a message despite the fact that I am in excruciating pain. The office manager was rude, very short, and not empathetic at all. I understand that there is a business aspect of Dr. Stilwell seeing patients however patient care should still be a priority. I am not an uninsured patient asking for free treatment. If my bill was sent to collections then that means… that they sold my debt to the collector and the balance was wrote off by Dr. Stilwell's office - so in other words they WERE PAID and I don't owe Dr. Stilwell's office anything yet the are still refusing to see me. Its really sad because she is a great doctor however her front office staff don't make you feel welcome. every time I came there they barely speak and act as if greeting patients and being friendly to those in pain was too much of a bother. As an LPN and a 12 year member of the healthcare community it really hurts to have been treated this way.

Long wait to get an appointment. The front office seems to be bothered to do their job, they need to understand that without patients they would not have a job. The doctors assistants seems to be afraid to speak if you ask questions that are outside their itinerary, in other words they work like robots. The doctor seems to make eye contact only on your first appointment after that you are just a number.

My name is Diann Adams I have been a patient for over 15 yrs Dr Stilwell has been the best doctor I came to her in a bad time of my life with pain from my lower back down to my left leg nerve damage she worked with me with several procedures and operations , after all treatments she has stabilized me with medication where I can function. My daughter was also a patient of Dr Stilwell she had a hernia repair and ended up with nerve damage Dr Stilwell also treated her at that time she couldn't function without having tremendous pain after working with her giving her different treatments my daughter was able to return back to work .

Over books appointment don't make any plans for day 2 pm don go in to 3:30 you have to wait one month for early appointment thanks

I found the staff and Dr. Sterling very professional and proficient...

I will start by saying she is a great doctor depending on her mood of the day. The wait time to be seen is terrible. You will wait literally 2 or 3 hours to be seen. There are times you wont even see the doctor she will send in the medical assistants to send off the medication. She treats her staff like crap. I pulled up one day and her medical assistant was cleaning the bus stop! I had to ask her what she was doing and her response was "It's part of my job I don't have a choice if I don't do it I wont have a job" That is not right but just my opinion. As for her staff I'll make it short and sweet avoid the blonde and the deep voiced insurance verfying troll and the urine women. All 3 very rude and nasty. I am not on any medication I only get epiurals . I would go to another doctors office but she is the only one i trust with my back.

Any issues with medications at pharmacy, takes hours for office staff to resolve
