I recently had two laparoscopic surgeries, a month apart, due to a Stage 1 ovarian cancer diagnosis. She performed both surgeries with a high degree of excellence. I had previously had a very traumatic experience following my C-section, and Dr. Chen has restored my faith in surgeries. I also trust Dr. Chen, and she is a very positive person. Intelligent, positive & kind.

Dr. Annette Chen was chosen as my Gynecological oncologist and surgeon for my recent laparascopic robot-assisted hysterectomy by my regular Ob-Gyn and came highly recommended. She fulfilled my high expectations and beyond. She is professional, warm, real, and knows what to say and how to say it to make your procedure understandable, which greatly alleviates your natural fears and instills confidence. She is ready to answer any and all of your questions and let's you take your time -- no rushing. Thankfully, everything came out well, and I was able to go home the same day as my surgery! In fact, all of the team --before, during and after my surgery, were very professional and made you feel like a real human being -- not just a Kaiser number/surgery case. Most importantly, though, Dr. Chen is highly skilled, which is what you want when you are facing a surgical procedure. Most grateful and thanks to all, especially Dr. Chen.
