Dr. Annette Marie Elbert, MD

Dr Elbert is professional, knowledgable, and compassionate. I have been a registered nurse /nurse manager for over 30 years and have seen many good doctors (and many not so good), but I would place Dr Elbert in the top 10 that I have ever encountered. She operated on my mother for a hernia repair and did an amazing job before, during, and after the surgery. She definitely went the extra mile with our family.

Dr. Elbert is not only a fantastic surgeon but takes the time to talk to you like a human being and not just a patient or "another number/$$$". She took the time to address all my surgical concerns but then brought up concerns I didn't think about with respect to how my family would be effected by said surgery. We sat down and discussed a plan that would still allow me to meet my surgical needs while alleviating the impact(s) on my over all family. She proved to me, in that moment, that my care and the care of my family meant more to her then how much the surgery would profit her end of year. I'm grateful and blessed to have a superb Dr and surgeon that I know I can, in the future, and have in the past, trust with my life. Likewise, when my husband required emergency surgery, there was only one Dr that I'd allow to touch him, and that was and always will be Dr Elbert!

Dr. Elbert saved my aunt's life. My aunt had been sick for about a month but no one could figure out what was wrong. She had to have emergency surgery and Dr. Elbert performed the surgery. It was a very complicated surgery and not sure another surgeon would have or could have done it. She's amazing! Also has a great bedside manner and very thorough. I highly recommend her! She's the only one who got to the bottom of my aunt's problems after 3 previous visits to the ER.

I needed surgery to be scheduled quickly and around my schedule since I am a teacher. Dr. Elbert's staff worked me in quickly. My appointment was better than expected. She took almost an hour explaining my situation and had great bedside manner. The surgery went as planned without any problems. I have and will continue to recommend her to friends and family.

Saw her in hospital. She's so kind and patient. Takes her time and not only explains things well, she's also a great listener.

Dr. Elbert goes above and beyond her duties of being a surgeon. She does her very best to make you feel comfortable about your surgery. I would highly recommend her to my family and friends .

I would recommend Dr. Elbert to anyone. She spent time with me and was so easy to talk to. She explained everything that was going to happen and I felt comfortable putting my life in her hands.

I loved Dr. Elbert. She was so warm and kind. I love to talk so it was so nice that she would talk back to me instead of just looking at me like "hurry please" . I would recommend her for anyone. Her staff was also very friendly and great to work with.

all she wanted to do was make sure she got the money for the visit and surgery. She had her boy toy there and made googoo eyes at him rather than paying attention to me as a patient. After he left to take some records to the desk, she confided she was divorcing her husband and had taken up with the fellow.
