Hi, my name is Annie, and I'm a Board Certified Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner serving clients in Utah. I specialize in ADHD, anxiety, depression, insomnia & sleep issues, life transitions, obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), trauma, and stress management. I’ve been in nursing for over 6 years and completed my doctorate and psychiatric training at Allen College. I’m passionate about destigmatizing mental healthcare, and together with my colleagues at Lavender Psychiatry, I’m on a mission to create a world where feelings are felt, respected, and cared for.

My therapeutic style is characterized by warmth, engagement, and a genuine personal connection. I believe in establishing a strong, collaborative relationship with each client, where we work together to make informed decisions about their treatment. I chose to become a PMHNP so I could pay that experience forward and be that same supportive, life-changing advocate for my own patients.

I have worked with a wide range of clients, including students, parents, professionals from various fields, skilled tradespeople, service industry workers, retail employees, entrepreneurs, artists, and technology experts. I am committed to providing a safe and supportive space where each individual feels heard, understood, and empowered to achieve their therapeutic goals. Starting treatment can be a scary and intimidating process. I’ve successfully treated many people who are new to psychiatric care.
