She was terrible! I was waiting for my biopsy results for 15 days and she knew I was extremely anxious about it. I had to call the office several times to have her call me. Something she specifically told me she would do in order to go over my results. Finally get a returned call and she lies by telling me she called several times. All lies, Never left voicemails. My first experience with her, she became agitated with me because I came prepared with questions and knew terminology that she didn’t expect me to know or understand. She told Me to “stop Googling” which I found offensive and belittling. Ironically, that is what I ended up having to do in order to try and understand the biopsy report that she failed to call me and discuss. Instead of having a sincere and apologetic approach to not getting back to me sooner, she was smug, arrogant and made it very clear that my feelings and concerns were irrelevant. I was made to feel like I was just another patient to collect money from.… Awful!

I have never experienced such a rude doctor in my life. I had some serious concerns about my pregnancy and she rolled her eyes the whole time and acted like if I was an idiot after voicing serious concerns. She also gave incorrect diagnosis when I was trying to conceive. I only see her when Dr. Lantner isn't there and I regret it every time. If you want to feel stupid and ignored like if you are wasting your time then go see her!

She needs a new career! Definitely has no beside manners and has no compassion! Lantner is the BEST!!!!

So upset with my experience, but glad to see from these reviews that it wasn’t in my head! It was evident that she wasn’t at all present when examining me as she asked me the same question THREE times!! She couldn’t wait to get out of the room fast enough and I totally felt violated!!! There were a number of things I wanted to discuss with her, but her manner threw me off and I totally blanked!! I always use Dr Lantner (the best), but she was unavailable that day! Will never make that same mistake again! And oh, her cloth mask was so loose it kept falling down and exposing her nose; dr should be more careful than that! Avoid her at all costs

If I could give her a zero star rating, I would, that’s how bad my experience was. At my first appointment with her at 10 weeks pregnant, I was informed that something was wrong with my baby. Dr Fils Aime took it upon her self to personally treat me like an idiot and didn’t fully explain what was wrong. That night I called for more info and she told me to call back the next morning. When I called back, she yelled at me for having the audacity to call her while she was busy (even though she had told me to call). She then dropped my case and I didn’t hear from her again. I followed up with a specialist (no thanks to her) at NYU Winthrop (great hospital and staff) where they treated me with empathy and respect. Turns out the diagnosis that she was 1000% sure was correct, was wrong. My baby had a different abnormality that wasn’t compatible with life. At 13 weeks my baby’s heartbeat stopped and a week later I went for a D&E. Flash forward to two months after the D&E and I suddenly get a… call from Fils Aime’s office informing me that they just got the results of my last sono and my baby has no heartbeat, I need to go for a D&E. Mind you, I had already taken care of it myself, no thanks to her pathetic office. But I appreciated being reminded of the trauma! And since then (now seven months later) I keep receiving calls and emails from this office (including asking me around the time of my would-be due date, why I stopped making appointments with them) even though I am no longer their patient and want nothing to do with them. So if you want to be treated coldly and ignored the second tragedy strikes, and then receive unwanted calls and emails for months after, then go to this unkind, uncaring and insensitive doctor and her highly disorganized office.

She was horrible during the time I was seeing her when I was pregnant. Always two hours late to appointments. And when I tell her I have a job and can't wait this long each time, she would get smart and make nasty comments about how she has other patients. When I was in active labor, she told me specifically not scream. Like can help that. And when I finally couldn't anymore after long labor time and pushing for long time, she made comments about me during c section surgery saying I am the perfect example of losing it during labor... How horrible that was... Just talking crap about me to her staff. I was drugged but conscious and unable to respond. I was crying the whole time. Please, don't go to her. She will forever ruin your birthing experience. And her office staff messed up billing and got one of my bill outstanding and affected my credit poorly. I cannot begin to talk about my frustration with her and the office.

The only reason I see her is if the other doctors in the practice are unavailable. The first time I saw her is when I was 4 weeks pregnant, and she told me that it was probably not even viable because there was no yolk sac. When I looked on the internet, I found out that the yolk sac does not even show up on a sonogram until 5-6 weeks! This was the first time in human history that looking at web md made me feel better about a diagnosis. She also wrote in her synopsis that we had discussed my “obesity.” We had not. The next time I saw her, she told me I was going to have a seizure if I did not take more blood pressure medication; when I saw my cardiologist THE NEXT DAY I was told if I took any more medication I would black out and collapse. During my 15 minute appointment, she interrupted me more than 20 times, after asking me questions about my symptoms and habits. She clearly did not actually care what I had to say. When my husband came in the room, he repeated exactly what I was… saying, and she listened to him while ignoring me. Overall, a nasty rude person who has no interest in helping people.

This is the nastiest, most unprofessional doctor I have ever encountered. No one should see this doctor. Her office is filthy , her nurses are lazy and she is a miserable low life

She’s very rude and has terrible bedside manner. She even hung up on me! I will never go back there again. Atrocious woman.
