Dr. Annie-Lourdes G. Francois is professional, competent, compassionate, and an excellent communicator. She speaks clearly, at a layman’s level. She is able to hear her patients’ questions, concerns, and pick up on body language to gain an insightful appreciation of her clients’ strengths, weaknesses, and physical limitations. She is easy to talk to, and welcomes each person and personality. She is accepting, non-judgmental and welcoming. I had instantaneous rapport with her because of her openness and sense of humor. I am healing from a fractured wrist and participating in physical therapy to reach maximum medical improvement.

After a not so great experience with my left total knee replacement surgery I decided to go a different route. Dr Francois and the Smith &Nephews robotic was the way to go. Dr Francois is an awesome surgeon and although I had concerns about St Mary’s hospital, the staff there was great. I highly recommend Dr Francois for your next surgery.

She is awesome....I highly recommend her. She is my hero, I feel she made me a new person.

Dr. Francois is a very professional and easy going Dr. She tells you honestly what the problem is, and helps you in any way she can. I highly recommend her. She provides me every 3 months with cortisone injections which definitely help with the severe constant pain.

Dr. Francois impressed me right away with her confidence and careful explanation of what I was getting into with a total knee replacement. She fit me into her schedule in just a few weeks. The surgery had difficulties but Dr. Francois performed it perfectly, using robot guidance. I am now making rapid progress, walking without aids in just 2 weeks. I am very pleased by her work and follow up meetings, and I will ask her to do my other knee in a few years.
