She refuses to think outside of the box. She doesn't follow research, admittedly, and doesn't follow standard published medical protocol. Its her way or no way. She will say one thing to pacify the patients family and then do her own thing which leads to poor diagnosis and treatment. She should not be trusted. Her ego has gotten the best of her, unfortunately. She is great for common GI issues that are not too life altering and have established diagnostic procedures as well as treatment, but anything else...find a different GI. You will get SICKER! I personally know 3 families that have had the same poor experience. If you have an urgent matter, she does not make time in her schedule. Her average appointment wait time is 2-3 months. Anything that comes up in the meantime, she treats over the phone (if you're lucky)with meds even though she doesn't know what you are dealing with...never gets to the root of the problem, the meds offered over the phone made our child WORSE!! … Staff in her own hospital said to replace her! That speaks volumes when her own colleagues do not recommend her, but recommend you stay away! She is a TERRIBLE doctor, time to retire Annie Terry, just my opinion!
