Dr. Annie C Wilson, DDS

I was a patient of Frank Wilson for around 20 years before his daughter Annie took over a few years ago. Things seem to be going downhill since then. Every 6 months when I go for my checkup, there are new people on staff. Yesterday, I was left to sit and wait for 30 minutes after my cleaning to get my final check from the dentist. No one explained why it was taking so long. No one said it wouldn't be much longer. No one apologized for the wait. (A day later, they still haven't BTW.) I figured it was more than generous of me to wait 30 minutes with the hygienist checking on me a couple of times. So I walked out. I am very disappointed and am trying to decide if I need to go somewhere else to get quality service.

I just wanted to thank the staff at Dr. Wilson‘s office and they way they handled me as a patient getting me in as soon as possible to clean my teeth due to a dental insurance change it was done in a timely manner in and the at most professional way . I would highly recommend her if you are looking for a new dentist . The young lady that runs the appointment booking is very professional kind and patient as she listens to your issues she’s the best !

Talked my grandparents out of getting dental insurance and caused infection for my mother's surgery (did surgery despite knowing of the infection). Claimed to have talked to an oral surgeon that would help my mother and when visited, the oral surgeon said they'd never spoke on the situation. My mother now needs iv antibiotics and will need the treatments for MONTHS! Started out simple and now over ten thousand dollars worth of work done not including the antibiotic or pain treatments. Strongly advise AGAINST!

Very knowledgeable, and has done a great job for me for a variety of problems including dental work, and help with getting fitted for a TAP to fix sleep Apnea. Unless you love the sounds of Darth Vader at night and being hooked up to a tube and face mask, the TAP is a great alternative. Worked great from the first night, and easy to travel with.

Felt uncomfortable not professional

Dr. Wilson and her assistant Christy were absolutely amazing with my 86 year old mother. She got dentures at 85 and it was quite a process for her. Because she's on a walker it's hard for her to leave home and go for the many appointments that she's needed to go to. They actually went above and beyond and came to our home for 1 of her appointments. It's not something they do usually but they did it for her. I can't tell you what a blessing it was to my Mom and to our whole family!! This practice is so giving and will go the extra mile to help their patients. We could not be any more grateful for the amazing work they've done on our Mom's smile, it's just beautiful - and the care she's gotten has been unbelievable!!
