I would not recommend this place at all. Her staff is ignorant!

This office is horrible, they claimed the office on Western flooded earlier this year and left no directions for patients. I have no clue where this doctor is at or where she is seeing patients, if she has more one office, nothing. She doesn’t even look like the photo posted on her website. The doctor my family met looked older and was not friendly like most pediatricians. I wouldn’t refer this office, very unprofessional and lack connection with their patients. I just got her as a doctor for my children and now I am looking for another pediatrician. Just ridiculous for a an office that claims to give care to children.

Amazing pediatrician have been bringing my daughter since she was born and will be bringing my newborn here as well. Excellent care and excellent staff!!

Dr John is an amazing doctor but her staff is absolutely horrible and rude.

I loveeee this doctors office doctor annita is the best!!! The Service is awesome and they really know what they are doing.

In my opion she is not sincere uncaring and overall uncomfortable to be around. I really hope everyone else's experience is not like mine at all. The first time going in her office I was there so long I am not even sure how long I was there. My son went in with her and she was alright nothing too special but did her job or so I guess she did. This is my first child so in about four days I went back in to see her because I thought he had or cold or something was wrong. Well she ask me why I was there and not to come back until he was a month old. It was the way she said it that I did not appreciate there are always ways of saying things and she was rude. Also trying to actually make an appointment is a hassle and by me just having my son and seeing her two weeks after he was born they hassled me about my insurance for about two and a half weeks. I was waiting for his paperwork but her people kept calling me.

The nurses did not even put band-aids on my 4 month old after giving her shots & blood was running down her leg...The nurses gossip to one another....the staff is very unprofessional and rude. Dr. John is good at what she does but our appointment was very short and she did not tell me much. but the staff is HORRIBLE & I will not be back ever again!!!!

Dr. John is a wonderful pediatrician, who loves her patients. She is very good about speaking directly to the children and allowing them to answer questions. My childrent have been going to her for 11 years. We moved to the suburbs but we still come to the city for our favorite pediatrician.

I actually did not care for Dr. John when we first switched to her. My daughter was in the hospital and I didn't think she cared. I gave her another shot and I'm glad I did. She is an excellent doctor and is very patient and kind with the children. Her office is always busy and the wait is longer than other doctors, but I know that the wait is worth it. Her office isn't the greatest either, but I'm paying for healthcare, not toys. She is seen by my 9 month old, and 3, 5, and 7 year olds. She also never fails to promptly return a call when you call her answering service in the middle of the night. She is truly a caring and knowledgeable doctor. She keeps up with recent pediatric studies, so she doesn't give advice that is no longer recommended like other doctors do. We love her.

When I took my child to see this doctor for the very first time, she didn't even take the time to get to know her. Not once did she crack a smile. She was not nurturing at all and my daughter did not want to return. We went back once and the experience was just as awful. I have since changed to a magnificent doctor.
