Dr. Anouche Moshari Roberts

Very rough bedside manner both verbally and toward my face (which was undergoing a peel), did not provide helpful suggestions or advice about other services even with lots of probing and questioning. I wanted to buy more services from her but she's barely explained the procedures or offerings. She did not discuss payment in advance but rather rushed me into the procedure, then would not honor the groupon I'd originally explained that I had. Would not supply a receipt upon request and changed the paperwork I was signing after I'd completed it. Sketchy experience.

I scheduled my appointment online and it was easy and self explanatory. You just follow prompts. I did wait five minutes past my appointment time, but I had read she spends a lot of time with her patients. I was a bit nervous at first, but she was nice . I knew I looked older, and she clarified the how and why of aging. She used a cannula to inject the filler which left no bruises at all! I did have some minor swelling the next day. I love my new cheekbones the most, but I think filling the dark hollows under my eyes has made a big change in my face. On follow up, we compared the old and new pictures side by side and you could see the changes. I think I look like I did ten years ago, but it is all so subtle. I love it!

I give an F to Dr. Anouche Roberts for her unprofessional skin treatment. If you think you are improving your look by visiting her, you are wrong. You throw your money out of the window.
