Dr Kahn is the best!

He’s amazing I didn’t have an appointment but he got me seen and sent me to the hospital for surgery even though they find nothing in the kidney he help me to make sure there was no kidney stone

I would like to say thank you to Dr Khan for being so kind and generous; although he miss diagnosed me. I have been to two other doctors with my problem and about a month ago I had to have surgery to correct my problem. The staff was ok, but would give me glary looks. I was not impressed by them at all. I wonder how such a nice doctor can have such rude staff members.

I was first seen by Dr. Kahn after being misdiagnosed by 2 other physicians. I was told by my family Dr. and by my OB that I had Intersticial Cystitis, all based on my symptoms. I was seeing Dr. Kahn for a second opinion. He did a bladder scope and ruled out IC. But then misdiagnosed my with having Over Active Bladder and Pelvic Floor Mylagia all based on symptoms. I was 28 years old at that time. Dr. Khan then had me participate in a research trial. The reaseach trial involved putting a needle into my tibial nerve and then getting electric shocks through my leg and into my bladder to deaden the nerve, I did this about 1-2 times a month. This was great for pain management however it kept the real problem hidden which I now know was endometriosis and blocked fallopian tubes. This research went on from 2008-2012. In feb of 2012 I finally found a Dr. who would listen to my concerns and did a laproscope due to infertility. I have lost my left ovary,left tube, I have damage to my… right tube, and will have to go through IVF to get pregnant. SO if you are a young women diagnosed with IC please also get checked for endometriosis earlier then later. Demand that you have that ruled out. If I would have caught this early on I would not be infertile now.
