Dr. Albert prescribed an MRI for my shoulder and arm, office appointments were set up. A week later his office called asking when I was picking up my prescription for physical therapy. Dr. Albert had said nothing about physical therapy to me. After some confusion I learned my insurance had denied the MRI but then approved it, I went to my appointment fully expecting to have two MRI's, shoulder and arm, after waiting in the office for an hour and a half I was taken back for the MRI's and at that point finding out from the technician that I would only be getting a MRI for my arm. I only wish I had walked out but I was so caught off guard because by now I was feeling so invisible to this medical group who can't be bothered to treat me like a person and communicate with me. I paid 2 $50 co-pays and $125.00 co-pay for a usless MRI. Plus my time and travel to learn this is a medical practice to avoid! Now my neck hurts from the anger and rage I feel for being treated so poorly.

My experience has been an awesome one. Dr. Albert is not only skilled and knowledgeable from my stand-point, but to have a doctor that seems to really actually show genuine concern for patients is really rare these days. I had a total right shoulder replacement and positive results from start to finish. He, his assistant. and all front desk staff as well as radiology staff was wonderful, efficient and courteous. Should I ever need their service again, I hope they will have an opening. Wishing them much success.

Dr. Albert didn't go over my x-rays or my MRI with me. Didn't examine me till I asked him. The other thing good, that came out of m,y visit with him. Was that I got physical therapy. He wanted to perform surgery on my knee and give me a cortisone shot. It turned out that I didn't need surgery. Physical therapy said that with my pain level being low and that I was able to get around fine. Without help. That all I needed to do. Was to keep up my exercises at home.

After going through 2 failed surgeries from another doctor I spent months talking to shoulder specialist about a 3rd rotator cuff surgery. Dr Albert was the only doctor that said he could repair my rotator cuff and he did. Everything we talked about came true and I'm on my way to having a full recovery.

I feel like he saved my life. Free from that horrible arthritic pain. I need my other shoulder and knees done you bet I'll be going back. I love the hug makes you feel special. Great Dr I would recommend him to anyone.
