Dr. Anthony Alonso, DDS

Doctor Anthony Alonso Jr. was born and raised in Coral Gables, Florida. He graduated from Palmer Trinity School, as the class valedictorian. Dr. Alonso is a graduate of Duke University, where he received a Bachelors of Science in Biology. He attended Tufts University School of Dental Medicine and graduated Summa Cum Laude, receiving the degree of Doctor of Dental Medicine. Dr Alonso also completed his specialty training at Tufts University School of Dental Medicine, where he received a Certificate in Endodontics.
Dr. Alonso is a member of the American Association of Endodontists, the Florida Association of Endodontists, the American Academy of Oral and Maxillofacial Pathology, the American Dental Association, the Florida Dental Association, the South Florida District Dental Association, the Greater Miami Dental Society, the South Dade Dental Society, the West Dade Dental Society, the Seattle Study Club, and the Granada Study Club.
Dr. Alonso donates time to teaching dental residents …and to community service. Dr. Alonso is an adjunct clinical professor for the Community Smiles Program at Lindsey Hopkins University. The Community Smiles Program provides dental care to the underserved in the Miami area.
