Great doctor.

I went to this office with a rash and saw Dr. Aulisio's PA. She said it was a fungal infection and prescribed a cream medication. After two weeks, the rash was getting worse, not better. Went back . This time they took a biopsy at my insistance, but the PA said to keep applying the medication because she "was sure" it was a fungal infection. Returned 10 days later to have the stitches removed with no improvement with the rash. Was told to keep applying the med as it "takes a long time" to cure this kind of infection. Finally went to another dermatologist today and two doctors agreed (after taking one look) that I was having an allergic reaction to the cream I was given and had no fungal infection!!! I just can't believe that they didn't recognize this after THREE visits. I AM VERY DISAPPOINTED WITH THIS OFFICE.

I had a terrible experience in Dr. Aulisio's care. During my first visit to discuss my issues and meet the doctor, he pulled out a purple pen and started marking up my face, legs and back--not explaining that he was planning to take biopsies. His assistant numbed the areas..not him...biopsies caused scars...had to go to a plastic surgeon to repair the damage. In speaking to 2 other patients and 1 daughter of a patient, and others I have learned that he is the worst dermatologist when it comes to biopsies and surgeries...leaves major scars and basically isn't skilled in these areas. Proceed with caution!

We waited a long time and then were directed to the P.A. We were disappointed since the purpose of the visit was to speak with an experienced doctor. Dr Aulisio did come into the room at the P.A.'s request (thankfully) and wrote medication prescriptions (Brand NOT generic!!!!) for hundreds of dollars without a diagnosis. On my request a skin biopsy was taken and it showed that the medication would not have worked. It's a habit to prescribe drugs instead of taking the time to diagnose.

Dr A performed an in office surgical removal of a cyst. It was a pain free procedure. He explained it ahead of time. Very professional with good bedside manner and skilled hand.

I originally made an appointment with Anthony Aulisio to determine the source of a skin condition (hives). I visited his office 4-6 times each time he put me on a different medication to see what effect it had on my condition. Some of these medications were quite dangerous. During the first visit he noticed a mole he though might me a problem and took a biopsy, sent it to the lab, came back negative. After being on a plethora of medications for 3 months and inconclusive results the LAST thing he did was take a biopsy of the area afflicted with hives......tests came back showing it was a food allergy! If he had started with this he wold have saved me time, money and much discomfort. This doctor does NOT care about you. STAY AWAY!
