Very nice, kind Dr. Operated on my wrist and did a very good job. I recommend him and his staff.

Anthony j Balsamo should loose his MD Licence he is mean and verbally abusive to his patient and not a true full doctor and I no I’m not the first I broke my tibia and fibia and I wish someone shared this Dr tone with me before surgery and nightmare that still has not ended

Operated on my husband and did a partial hip replacement. Very good bed side manner and we had good results.

Caring and compassionate

I had a fractured ankle, and now everything is supposed to be healed and it feels like it never healed. Still sore and stiff always and was swollen for longer than projected time. Aggravating all together now that I have to go back and see whats wrong

This surgeon has the worst bedside manner or lack of that I could ever imagine. He did a partial hip replacement on my husband and told me before my husband was out of recovery that if he didn't get up and do PT the next morning he would be put into a nursing home. My husband suffered from post operative delirium and still this Dr. stood at his bedside screaming at him to get up. Even though my husband was unconscious and terrified with delirium. When I asked what was wrong with my husband this Dr would only repeat that he is an Orthopedic Surgeon and he had done his part. Turns out, post operative delirium is common in patients who go under heavy anesthesia. And Dr. Balsamo is not familiar with this? How many operations does he perform each year? I would never ever go to Geisinger Medical Center again, they are trying to operate with a totally broken system and they know it. If I could rate him below zero I would.

This guy has a God complex. He is terrible. Never let him operate on you. 15 months later, still can't walk.

6 minutes late and this tool bag left, but claims he really cares to help people. He's like the rest of em, for the money. My advise is to go elsewhere!

Would not recommend terrible bedside mannor was woken up in the hospital only to be screamed at and flipped out on by this dr my next door neighbor also has stafe 3 nerve damage because of a surgery he performed wasent done properly

Doctor performed a total knee replacement on me. I continuously was bleeding from sight. Eventually had an infection.His progress noteds were a normal fabrication from what took place.The doctor has very poor bed side manner.I just had an operation 7 years later to correct theoperative sight of my knee. I had nylon stitches sticking out of my skin from the beginning of the operation.
