Dr. Anthony Carter performed a partial knee surgery on my left knee in December 2022. I am recovering very well and very pleased with the results. I would highly recommend him. Thank you for a successful surgery.

Dr. Anthony Carter is an absolutely outstanding surgeon! I felt so fortunate to be able to have him be my total hip replacement doctor. Everyone one I mentioned his name said he is the best and I 100% agree! He gave time to answer any questions I had and answered them to details describing exactly what I had going on. His knowledge and professionalism is amazing and he has overall a great personality. Dr. Carter's whole team is fantastic as well. They made the procedure from preparing for the surgery to after the post op go smooth and very was so detailed. I highly recommend Dr. Anthony Carter and his team! I can't thank him and his team enough!!!!!

My visit was for pain in my left Hip. After the X ray Dr Carter said that my right hip was worse than my left but that he treats the patient and not the X ray. We discussed my options, and I went for the cortisone injection. He agreed that was best and injected my left hip, which was easy (little pain), and my Hip stopped hurting almost immediately. He said I could get another shot after 3 months but it may not be necessary.

Dr. Carter is very professional and 'to the point'. My experience with him (both knees) is that he will answer any question you ask in detail, and tell you everything you need to know about the surgery and what to expect afterward. He doesn't strike me as a conversationalist so not much chit-chat. I find that comforting. Some might not have the same opinion but I like his personality.

Dr.Anthony Carter is absolutely the best surgeon I've ever experienced.. had major complications on left knee having another surgeon do it ..but left knee had gotten SOOOOO BAD that Dr Carter put me in for ASAP for total revision knee replacement..had it done Jan. 20th..was about to walk on it the very next day ..rehabilitation took no time at all...i am now so excited n lookin forward for him to do the right knee next!!!!! He is Absolutely amazing ,and caring..I've told so many people about what a great TOP DOC he is. COMPLETE trust in him. ..see u soon in OR . TONY TO DO THE RIGHT KNEE??????????

Dr. Carter did both of my hips and I cannot say enough good things about him and his staff. He is the best and got me back up and feeling better very quickly! Highly recommended.

I was able to walk on the day of the surgery and I walked up a few stairs the next day. I returned to work after two weeks, and I played golf after eight weeks. Recovery and rehabilitation is more difficult with two replacement knees so having them done at the same time isn’t for everyone. If you’re in good health, though, it’s worth discussing with Dr. Carter. You’re not going to find a surgeon better than him!

Dr. Carter replaced my right knee but evidently did not measure both legs. He left me with the left leg one inch shorter than the right. Something also happened to a nerve and clothing and sheets hurt my knee for about 6 weeks; I had to wear lidocaine patches but could only do that for 12 hours out of 24. The nerve has healed. The shorter leg, however, requires putting a wedge in my shoe and causes pain in my left hip.
