Dr. Anthony Thomas Collins, MD

I saw Dr. Collins as a kid (back in 2008) for chronic headaches. He remains one of the most condescending, mean, rude doctors I’ve ever had the misfortune of encountering. As a former child patient, avoid him at all costs. You’ll pay in therapy.

I took my 8 year old son to this jerk when he suffered with headaches. He was ugly and mean to both him and myself...practically saying the headaches were in my son's mind. He also told me to send him to school when he was sick, saying, "I will throw up and still come to work". Well, good for you, spreading your germs around. No empathy at all. I also have a co-worker who went to him and he was mean and nasty to her as well! heartless and cruel person!

I brought my son in today to Dr. Collins, and couldn't be happier. He spent a lot of time with me discussing background and history. He was calm and clear with my son, and reassured all of us. I am thrilled with our visit and wouldn't hesitate to recommend him.

Dr Collins came to see my daughter in the hospital when she had a migraine lasting over 10 days. he yelled at her had her in hysterics and treated my husband and I who are both healthcare professionals like we were stupid and the cause of her problem. he said you need to take her home and make her suffer through this. she shouldn't be taking any of these mediations (which the hospital had her on) and when I said we refused to take her home in the condition she was in he said fine take her to evergreen if she ever gets out of there and you want her to get well bring her to me if you don't and you want to fire me I don't care about that either. this guy s supposed to be a pediatric neurologist he is a worthless piece of crap and needs to stop practicing medicine. the reason people don't have to wait to see him is because once is more than enough! total jerk

His conduct with me was at times unprofessional. I think he is may be a good doctor, but like many he seemed to have a social prejudice against people with weight problems. He didn't filter his dislike of people with weight problems either. Some of his comments were very hurtful, and not even constructive. I also think that perhaps preconceived notions at times colored his perceptions. I didn't receive a diagnosis from him. However, I have since received dual diagnoses from a local neurologist: Multiple Sclerosis and CRPS.

who cares about the niceties if Dr. Collins MISDIAGNOSES your child!!!

Dr. Collins provided a sound diagnosis of my son, and is working with me to treat his ADHD.

Dr. Collins was very thorough and very helpful. He listened when I asked questions, was very patient and took his time in evaluating my situation. Very personable, while being very professional.
