Dr. Anthony Joseph Ewald, MD

I recently had the misfortune of visiting this clinic, and it was by far the most disgusting medical facility I have ever encountered. From the moment I walked in, I was treated horribly by the front desk staff. They were incredibly rude, dismissive, and showed zero compassion. It was clear they did not care about my well-being at all. The doctor was no better. He treated me as if I were a nuisance rather than a human being in need of care. There was no empathy, no kindness, and absolutely no professionalism. It was a shocking and degrading experience. I urge everyone to avoid this place at all costs. The other “good” reviews are undoubtedly fake. I witnessed the front desk coercing patients into writing positive reviews, which is both unethical and misleading. Save yourself the trouble and find a clinic that genuinely cares about its patients. This place certainly does not.

I have been going to Dr. Ewald for 9 years now, and there is no other doctor I trust more then him. I moved 35 miles away and don't have a car, but I take the long bus ride to his office, When you find a good doctor you stick with them and Dr. Ewald is the best. Friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable. He never rushes you out, he will always take the time to answer all your questions. We all know the doctors that rush you out the door! He will take as much time as you need, truly listen to you, and always makes a plan of what care is needed moving forward. Great doctor, even better person!

Very organized we'll run process that is customer focused. No waiting very prompt. Only hold up St. Ann's didn't send 2 of the 3 x-rays they had done in the emergency room a week prior??? Hopefully will not be charged twice.
