I visited Dr. Marguerite Winslow Weston for a routine check up and per what was written in my file, there was a significant error placed in the EMH/EHR from this clinician that was not previously in my file until I saw this clinician. Prior clinicians did not annotate such egregious errors that has become a major concern. Avoid this doctor at all costs. Currently weighing legal options against this practitioner. These mistakes should never happen and is a direct result of failure to pay attention and rushing. This clinician has time to create videos on Facebook but not enough time to enter information correctly. This practitioner is a liability for any practice. I request that all of my information from Dr. Marguerite Winslow Weston be amended and removed from my EHR/EMR. Recommendation: Revoke/suspend medical license.
