Terrible doctor. I had a procedure done by him which was a horrible ordeal and I also had a complication from it. I do not recommend seeking medical care from this man. Arrogant, insecure condescending, passive aggressive sums him up quite nicely based on my interactions with him. He has his employees, such as Biagio Siniscalchi, who is an administrator at the hospital he works at, writing fake positive reviews on social media/google, but they are all lies.

Having a Dr stick a needle in your neck is never pleasant. Having one with attitude makes it less so. Finding out he did it improperly forcing you to do it over and learn 10 months later that what he missed was malignant, well that earns you a zero rating in my book.

Had a procedure by Dr. Febles at Phelps. He is arrogant, quick to dismiss patient concerns, not informative -- may be a great technician but I will never go back to Phelps for any such procedure again.
