Dr Anthony Paul Geraci

The most arrogant, uncaring and ignorant doctor I've ever interacted with. He speaks over you, does not let you talk. Doesn't prepare for your appointment. Offers dangerous medical advice. Told me to take additional doses of a medicine that left me with neurological injuries. Offers crazy insulting pseudoscience diagnosis. His degree of arrogance is off the charts, this is profiteering doctor everyone warned you about.

Waited nearly 2 hours to only have him see me for 10 minutes. He was cool and aloof and couldn't wait to leave the room. Most importantly he did nothing g for me and had NO IDEA what he was talking about. What a waste of my time. And DO NOT ever expect to get a return phone call either. He can not be bothered

Dr. Geraci was so thorough and informative - made me feel comfortable. He diagnosed my ongoing condition and gave me hope and faith he could indeed alleviate my pain.

The worst doctor I have ever seen. He was sexist, nasty, and cursed multiple times about other doctors. He came in to the appointment and told me he was having one of those terrible Fridays. He told me he wanted to “slap the sh$&” our of one of the 3drs who referred me to him, he then called another of my female doctors a “dumb sh&$.” All of these women are in his medical system. He told me I didn’t have anything wrong with me, not even the heart problem I’ve had multiple surgeries for. I have an autoimmune spinal disease, but when I asked if my possible neurological symptoms were caused by back issues, he informed that my back is fine (I have MRI proof that he is wrong). He told me that the exit is on the right then posted on my chart that I have psychosomatic issues. He spent most of the appointment disparaging his colleagues then wrote down that they are all incorrect and I’m a psych case. He could have just told me the referral was unnecessary. I don’t know why he had to be so… truly horrible. Don’t see him. He’s awful.

A good doctor as he describe himself does a good diagnose the first TIME , Just as a good mechanic , NOT LET'S TRY THIS AND LETS TRY THAT ! I waited over 4 months for this appointment . not even an i'am sorry , DOCTOR YOU CAN'T SOLVE MY PROBLEM JUST LIKE THE REST, I HAVE BEEN IN PAINS FOR THREE YEARS I WILL CONTINUE TO BE IN PAINS FOR THE REST OF MY LIFE.

Complete waste of time. I will be going elsewhere.

I went to see Dr. Geraci after seeing several doctors who did not take my complaints of pain that I have been suffering with for several years serious. I was prescribed drugs without properly being explained if there would be any reactions since I am already taking other medications. It seemed to be a big issue if I asked the simplest questions and it seemed as if I was invading their time. I was also given prescriptions for several tests to take and physicians to see, and again it was an issues to ask why. They just did not want to hear my story, this was not important!! I never took the medications but I did consult with one of the physicians who had no time in his busy schedule after taking my $50.00 copay. I could not wait to get out of there either. After doing my own research, I found the Northwell Health Neuromuscular Medicine Neuroscience Institute In Great Neck, N.Y. and I made an appointment immediately. My first encounter with Dr. Geraci made me know that there was… hope for me. He patiently listened to my to concerns, he examined me, explained to me "in layman's terms" his findings and provided me with tools that I needed to get my LIFE back on track. He gave me hope for a Pain Free Future. The overall visit made me feel a sense of relief and I knew I was on the road to recovery. I followed his instructions by picking up the medications he prescribed for me and had one of the BEST nights sleep I have had in 3 years. I took my next dose the following morning with breakfast and although I felt a little woozy, this soon passed. I was able to run my Saturday morning errands without any anger or ill feelings because of the pain I have endured for so long. I also made an appointment to start physical therapy to get even stronger. I had one of the BEST DAYS OF THE REST OF MY LIFE!!!! Thank you Dr. Geraci..

This is my 1st time seeing Dr. Geraci and I'm guessing my last. He seems ok, just not very welcoming. I felt rushed during my visit. I also felt like once he saw me he prejudged before any examination. He said he knew for certain i wasn't having what he specialized in. I asked him if he felt it was neurological, was not really given an answer. He said he let the assistant know He shook my hand and let me know I could exit right there. So, I'm still left in confusion as to where to go from here....

Very disappointed that Dr. Geraci my neurologist for about 7 years just disappeared off the face of the earth. I had to get a PCP to renew my prescription. I was also experiencing some serious issues with my condition and was desperate to speak to him, I trusted him. Now nobody can tell me where he is, why he's gone. And he left no word with patients as to what other neurologists we could see. I can't imagine any personal, medical or any issue that would justify leaving patients utterly abandoned and no way to even access our medical records to provide our new neurologists! Terribly disappointed and upset.

Dr Geraci isor was my wife's doctor for 6 years,most recently at a Lutheran hospital facility. Apparently he just disappeared and left all his patients without a word and no further info. The hospital can not even provide any explanation I'm unable to get a refill on my wife's meds without seeing a new doctor first and because all of his patients were abandoned the other doctors left to try to help his patients have no openings until almost 3 months from now
