Dr. Anthony Joseph Hagner, DC

I experienced One of the most horrifically demeaning encounters of my life. The receptionist Michelle was so rude to me she called me and exuberant amount of times questioning me about my finances insinuating that she was worried that I was not going to be able to afford the appointments because in her words “most people have a hard time paying because we are not cheap” I told her it was very unprofessional to ask me such a question and she followed up by saying I sounded irritated and I told her I was by what she said and she follows up by saying she doesn’t think that I would be a good fit anymore as a client. So she tells Dr. Hagner Gives me a call the following day and tells me that I offended the receptionist so he will no longer see me. Anyone in their right mind should know you should not ask someone flat out in a place of business are they able to afford what they are purchasing. I won’t make this about age or race, but I don’t seeTo ask me such a question. I forgot to mention… when she asked me this she called me for the third time to only ask that Only and nothing more. Dr. Hagner and his mistress Michelle are horrible disrespectful people and you should never give them one red cent of your money.
