This office is literary the WORST ... Besides the fact the office manager irma is Disrespectful , Dishonest & Too Comfortable gossiping with pateints about other physicians and patients within the office . A True mess plus The Doctor isn't even certified to practice

Dr. JOSEPH DOES NOT WASH HANDS AFTER EXAMINING PATIENTS. HIS PERSONAL APPEARANCE NEEDS ATTENTION.

Dr. Joseph truly cares about his patients. He spends the time to listen to you and has a great bed side manor. Takes the time to know you and is very knowledgeable. Simply the best! His office staff is friendly and efficient and wait time is to a minimum.

Makes you feel at ease, attentive, patient care is excellent, you leave with a feeling that perfect health is achievable and in the nearest future.

It wasn't the doctor it was the nasty staff Irma she's really nasty and try's to make u tell her your business with the doctor if he wants his practice to succeed then he needs to get rid of her

Dr Joseph is a highly mannered physician with great patient skills and compassion. He is always willing and eager to meet his patients regardless of their financial circumstances. He was courteous during visits and most often found diagnostics during first visits. He spend an excellent amount of time with each patient providing counseling and and other educational outreach for patients individual health needs. Because of his compassion, he sometimes see's many Baltimore locals with heavy socioeconomic burden and still treats them with the same compassion and care. He is definitely one of the few doctors in the Baltimore area who still have compassion and care for their patients and are not in a rush to maximized the amount of patients seen. His office staff are outstanding and will welcome you with a beautiful smile. They will take their time to set up appointments and referrals to other physicians. They also call to remind you for your appointments as well as make sure you have… a guaranteed means of transportation to get to and from appointment.
