As a spinal specialist with fellowship training in both pediatric and adult spinal care, I am committed to bring to each patient the best treatment for their condition utilizing the most up to date and most technologically advanced care available. My special interests include minimally invasive techniques such as laparoscopic and thoracoscopic surgeries and implementing the robotic technology of the DaVinci surgery system available at our hospital.

Used his position as a doctor to deny what he had found on my son's MRI. He did this to protect other doctor's who had denied my son proper medical treatment.

Fall 2010 - I had Prodisc C replacement at C6-7, Dr Lapinsky was great, he spent time with me and went over all options available. He did a great job, I woke up and all my issues were resolved immediately, back to work in 3 days. Great guy, great surgeon.

He was one of the worst Doctors I ever had. I had to go through 2 back surgerys and because of that, I am now disabled for the rest of my life. I was 46 when this happened to me, all because he would not listen to me. When I had the second surgery it was 15 hours long, went home 2 days later and never even got a phone call from them to see how I was doing. No bedside manner at all, no nothing after all I went thru, even after I was now disabled, his so called bedside manner was and is nothing. Next thing I know I get a letter saying he is leaving UMASS Hospital. No appt: to see him and don't know where he went, Hospital will not tell me where he went to, SO WATCH OUT PEOPLE THAT U DON'T GET HIM I believe that if he listened to me, I would not be disabled.
