Dr. Mitchell Robert Rubinovich, MD

The doctor was not friendly. He offered no resolution to my problem. He was extremely rude to me. I would not recommend this doctor at all.

he did two surgeries on my shoulder. and they did not work. after he could not get any more money he said there was nothing he could do. he is all about the money. that is basically it. I had a friend who went there and because her arthritis was not bad enough for surgery did not treat her and told her he could not do anything. now there are thing such as cortisone shots and stuff but if he cant get the money for surgery he does not care. oh and it is better if you are older not younger. my aunt went there for a simple surgery and said she was unable to go back to work. my injury i worse still not healed and was sent back to work. just be careful especially of nancy she is not polite and could care less.

Old methods and unfinished surgery. Then told to go to another Dr as he did not feel comfortable doing the surgery he scheduled twice and failed to complete.

In the beginning we thought he was great. My 13 year old had to have knee surgery. Pre surgery he listened,seemed caring etc. After he could care less. Basically we were told her surgery didn't work and he couldn't help her anymore and left us in the room in aww. He is arrogant. She is 13 and my thought was wow what just happened. Numerous attempts for any kind of explanation as to what is going on with her have gone unanswerwd . to no avail I took her somewhere else an lo and behold she is having another surgery to correct the first one and repair her knee.

My 13 year old daughter is a patient of Dr. Rubinovich. We are very pleased with his care his staff and overall this office and Dr. are excellent.

I was a patient of Dr. Rubinovich' s. Unfortunately, unlike the previous reviews posted here, my experiences were quite the opposite. I found Dr. Rubinovich as being arrogant and uncaring. In spite of previous ortho dr.'s. my primary care physician, and my own requests, Dr. Rubinovich's medical staff refuses to treat my injury as recommended. My mother experienced the same treatment. Also member of the staff was instructed to look into an appliance to straighten a shortened tendon. MONTHS later and many phone calls of follow up, I received no return calls, finally Erica answered my call and her voice had a slight irritation to it as she was talking to me. A professional would have least followed up during this period of time. In spite of previous ortho dr.'s treatments and my primary care physician, Dr. Rubinovich's medical staff refuses to treat my injury as recommended.

If you have a serious injury ..you need to go to this Dr. , The level of care is outstanding.. Bedside manner ..very very nice Kind, Caring. His staff is more then Courteous..They always take the time to talk to me either in the office or over the phone. I have never waited longer then 45 min for a call back. I have gone into the office as a walk in several times due to my PT's concerns and I was always seen promptly ! The Nurses are more then kind.. they truly care about the patients ! And Dr. R is just outstanding !!!!

My health care under Dr. Rubinovich has been excellent. The wait time is minimal. I had knee surgery which went very well. The follow up care was very good.
