Dr. Anthony Clark Levitas, PhD

"Dr" Levitas took 18 months to complete a custody evaluation that he promised to complete in two. He did not consider any actual evidence regarding parenting. While he neglected the case one of my children became obese and the other, a former A student, became compulsively truant and failed most of his classes. He doesn't know his own field. For instance he can't describe the difference between co parenting and parallel parenting. If you want to waste $40,000 for your children to be harmed by a not very bright PhD, Levitas is your guy.

When my family was going through some significant challenges, Dr. Levitas was extremely helpful. He provided guidance and offered strategies that contributed to minimized trauma of our child and helped maintain overall positive family relationships. With his help, we were able to come through the storm and emerge healthy and stronger. He is kind, caring, and compassionate, and I recommend Dr. Levitas to families and individuals trying to navigate life challenges.

I have struggled with a learning disability my entire life and never got tested until I was an adult. I went to Dr. Levitas to get this testing done and also to get extended time for my boards exam. I would not have finished the exam, nor would I have been successful without the support from Dr. Levitas. He was so thoughtful and attentive to the way that I was feeling. A diagnosis for a learning disability can be extremely embarrassing and intimidating as an adult, but Dr. Levitas made me feel comfortable right away. He took the time to explain the process to me and discussed the results with me in great detail. I could tell that Dr. Levitas really cared about me and all of his patients. I am really thankful that I met him and for his care.

dr levitas has had an immense positive impact on my family. he has been our doctor for almost eleven years. we unfortunately have children, now adults, who have suffered and struggled with the tremendous debilitating silent disease of mental health. dr levitas has profoundly saved our family. he has a depth of knowledge and intuitiion which he generously shares and with great consideration. mental illness affects each member of the family and dr levitas advocates mostly for the affected patient and as well for the siblings and parents. he has extended himself beyond all expectation, being on call twenty four seven, reaching out with care and respect. he listens with intention and has enabled my offspring self worth, sensibility and dignity. aspects of well being which mental illness has the power to eliminate. he has empowered my family to survive and thrive, by being on our team, at our side, a quarterback so to speak, for all these years. unfortunately with the stigma of mental… health we remain anonymous out of respect for my son, as it is his story to tell. i could write a book about our experience, our struggle, and the gratitude for having the ultimate talk therapist, psychologist, dr anthony levitas. thanking him for my family and their well being.

Dr. Levitas you are a real disgrace to your profession! You could care less about the children and their welfare all your concerned about is who is going to pay your ridiculous fees. Then when you go to court you couldn't answer questions because "you didn't have your notes", but you charge over 2,000 for your court prep time and court appearance. When shown pictures of a child's arms which are severely bruised to cover up you make the statement you can't tell if it's a man's arms of an 8 year old child's arms.
