My visit with Dr. Madrid was a pleasant experience. The staff was very professional and kind. This was the first time seeing Dr. Madrid as my colonoscopy doctor. My next visit will be scheduled with him and from now on thank you doctors nurses and staff.

The office and Dr Madrid are very professional and thorough. They always make sure you’re comfortable and understanding the procedure you’re having. Having to come in an hour before my scheduled time, even after doing the paperwork online and then having to wait another 30 minutes from my scheduled time was a little frustrating.
