Dr. Panariello is caring and kind. Spent a lot of time answering my questions regarding my particular vision issues. Have been seeing him twice a year for several years now and will continue to have him and his staff care for my eyes.

Dr. Panariello was warm and thoughtful. Schedule management needs improving: I came for a morning appointment and as requested, came early to complete the paperwork, but then the appointment started 30 minutes late. I was told "yeah, we're running on time" after 15 minutes had gone by. Instead, a simple "sorry that we're running late," would gone a long way to communicate care. Maybe it is not the case, but I left feeling my time was unimportant to them.

I was treated with most respect, excellent customer service great communication and very friendly and knowledgeable. Thank you so much
