My review is more geared towards front desk office manager I have no issues with Dr panlccia. I was recently informed that I was being dropped my doctor of over 10 years for lack of communication which I feel was non justified on my end but more on the office and I'm sad because I did like my doctor but the front desk has been rude non-professional for many years the office manager is very unprofessional does not return phone calls etc that is the reason for my low rating

Wow - in this day and age of doctors being warned against prescribing against antibiotics when there is no confirmed bacterial infection, Dr. P should be reprimanded. Not only did he prescribe an antibiotic without a confirmed bacterial infection, he prescribed a "drug of last resort” with the dangerous Levofloxacin which is the fluoroquinolone class of antibiotics that the FDA has several serious black box warnings and say that the side effects are so serious and potentially disabling (up to death) that they should only be prescribed in cases where the bacterial infection is life threatening and the patient could die from it. WOW! A cough that is not a confirmed bacterial infection and is not life-threatening does not qualify. This is a clear case of incredibly poor medical care that borders on malpractice. STAY AWAY!

Wonderful customer service, wonderful personality, and very efficient! Never an uncecessary wait, the staff and doctors respect the time of the patient.

I have going to him for the past 8 years and he always has time for me and never tries to rush me out. The staff is great always nice and caring. Calls are returned promptly.
