My father was sent to Dr. P by the surgeon who diagnosed his cancer of the back of the tongue. I was impressed that he saw us with a big of other people including students, a very sweet lady who looked after his nutrition, and a social worker who helped us with a bunch of different things including a ride to some appointments because I couldn't always bring him myself. He also made sure we got appointments right away with the dentist and also with a speech therapist who helped my dad for a long time get back to swallowing well on his own after the radiation and chemo treatment. He spent a long time with us both at the first appointment and at the appointments during the radiation. I wrote this review because he made us feel like we were his only patient and I'm not sure why but that thought gave me comfort. Another great thing is we just did the PET which showed no signs of the cancer!

He never seemed rushed with us. He took the time to explain my situation and the reason for his treatment recommendation at a level appropriate for my family as we are not doctors.
