He totally deformed my body. I don't know how they allow him to stay in practice. I paid for a lipo 360 After he admitted to not completing my surgery he tried to charge me again for fixing it. I would never allow him to ever touch me again.

Dr Perkins did my arms in 2021. My arms have always bothered me and dirt and exercise would not do a thing. I decided to go to his private practice versus other places because his staff was amazing. He was amazing. He answered all my questions and made me feel extremely comfortable before I started. My arms were sore for a week or two after but I went in with realistic expectations and took Ibuprofen and that was enough for me. This was a life changing experience for the better. I can’t thank him enough!

It was a horrible experience I felt the whole procedure and I was not okay after 3 days as advertised I was in intolerable pain for about a good 10 days then I just felt uncomfortable for like a month. Four days after my surgery I noticed my arm just didn’t look normal at that point I went to office they said it was normal and that it would “heel nicely” I am 5 months post my operation and I’m looking at a revision surgery. If I do it with Dr. Perkins I would still have to pay a fee and if I do it with another surgeon they would charge me the full price. My stomach has 3 lumps but I’m able to hide it so although it bothers me I am more concerned about my arms since it’s harder to hide that. My elbows looks super swollen and my upper arm as well it seems like they only took fat from the middle part making my arm looks completely deformed. When I tried to vocalize my concerns Dr Perkins just ignored me I was literally in tears and all he said was that “I must have other problems” he… is beyond dismissive. I wish I had never done these procedures I literally spend all my savings on them :( and now I have to fix my arm so that would be more money and stomach I guess I would just have to learn how to deal with it. The sad part is that I look worst than I did before I had any surgery done.

Don't get lipo done by this guy. He ruined my stomach and BBL. So lumpy all over and uneven. It's anyone's nightmare result for a lipo, he charge so much and don't pay attention on what he is doing. Save your self. Stay away from Perkins.

He's unprofessional and talked my whole surgery on the table. He gave me a swollen top bottom and not a full bbl. I never seen him again after ky surgery for followup. At goals he takes money and that's it.
