Dr. Anthony John Rongione, MD

After meeting Dr Rongione and his team for the first time today, my wife and I both looked at each other and said “Wow! What amazing people”. Having had several anxious days concerned about my condition it was so gratifying to have my fears quashed and the next steps explained so clearly. I came away feeling genuinely cared for and relieved that Dr Rongione will be performing my valve replacement surgery next month. From the bottom of my heart, with its soon to be new aortic valve, I want to thank Dr Rongione, Angie, Chantelle, Jackie and Christina.

Recent visit with Dr. Rongione (and PA Erica) reinforced my choice in a practice for my continued cardiac care. Although a minor follow-up, their thoroughness in discussing options was outstanding. From my first surgery by Dr. Rongione in DC 12 years ago, to surgery one year ago at Orlando Health, I continue to be thankful for Dr. Rongione and staff.

I underwent a successful surgery for aortic valve replacement in Inova with Dr. Rongione, in 2007. Actually he saved my life. I can’t believe I’ve never properly said “thank you” to him, till now that I see this page. May God bless him!

Dr Rongione performed a double bypass on my husband 2 weeks ago. He only spent 5 days total in the hospital. Dr R and his staff were perfect in every way. I am a nurse and I have NO complaints at all. I highly reccoment Dr Rongione and his group for any cardiac surgery.
