Dr. Anthony Ross Russo, MD

Dr. Russo barely listens to any concerns and continuously interrupts. He was not aware of any referrals for neurologists. He is in it only for the money. When trying to schedule an appointment, he explicitly said "United Health Care doesn't pay much for virtual visits, so I want to see you in person." When extenuating circumstances made me have to see another physician in another town, he said if he doesn't see me immediately, he won't be my doctor anymore.

Was prompt, fast & to the point.

Calls during my working hours to threaten if I don't come in for a check up I can find myself a new PCP and won't let me get a word in. Terrible bedside manner. He must be really struggling for business if he calls me every few months threatening to drop me if I don't come in and pay for him to see me. No thank you!

this is the kind of DR you read about and wish you had found sooner.

You can get right in for common, uncomplicated problems. Staff is nice and helpful. Dr. Russo seems interested in preventing health problems. The office is not far from north Austin/ Wells Branch area.

Love his walk-in hours.He's great about getting the diagnosis or sending to a specialist.
