While I found Dr. Tracey to be thorough and knowledgeable, I am extremely upset about the incompetence of the office staff, specifically the surgical scheduler. After being told that I would need surgery, I didn't hear from anyone in the office for 6 weeks. When I finally got a call, I realized it was the billing department looking for a $15 copay. I called again a week ago to speak with the scheduler again about surgery. I am STILL waiting for a call back. Doctors need to know that their staff is a direct reflection on them.

My first real experience with Dr. Tracey has been over the last few weeks. My experience with him was out of the Troy, NY offices. Yesterday he performed a procedure and I am confident he did an excellent . He is one of the replacements for Dr. Perumal who has been a fixture in Troy for many years. Dr. Tracey is "a thinker " (my opinion ) so please let him think , the results are positive. He is good man. Hopefully he will find Troy , NY interesting enough to become a permanent member of the practice. Thanks to Dawn and to Dr.Tracey for the great care so far.
