He had a wonderful bedside manner and took the time to listen, answer questions, and make me feel comfortable and valued as a patient.

Happy to have met him, and he’s going to help me with my issues. Though no reflection on him, Proliance whom he practices under only allots 15 minutes per visit, so understand that when it comes to a routine visit. But his staff is friendly and thorough, and I look forward to future diagnosis and treatment plans from Dr. Bergeyk.

Dr. VB kindly answered my questions in a clear way. He outlined my options from least invasive and costly to more invasive and costly and made a recommendation. After this visit, I feel that I understand my condition and options.

I was seeing a podiatrist for heel pain and that doctor did not listen to what I was trying to tell him. His diagnosis did not make sense to me. Because I have had good care at Rainier Orthopedics, I decided to try Dr. VanB (his nickname). His diagnosis made much more sense to me. Since the surgery, My heel pain has been almost completely gone. He listens to the patient and give practical advice. I would recommend him for foot problems.

Dr. V listens, is caring and concerned about patients, has an interest in giving the patient the information they need to further their success in healing, if it is not something he specializes in or if they need direction/ references for care outside his direct care ( physical therapy, orthotics, etc).

Dr Van B was a warm considerate gentle doctor who gave me two shots, one in the hip & one in the knee. Never felt either of them. Previous doctor's injections have hurt. He heard my concerns, showned me my ex-rays explained my options thoroughly & we made a game plan. I love this guy. He is new to me but I love his "bed side manor", his personality, and this thoroughness. He is my otho doctor now. I couldn't be happier.

A follow up to my knee replacement…as always, Dr Van B was happy and gregarious, made me feel successful anout my rehab; asked questions, answered them completely making sure I understood. He had a copy of my X-rays and explained what I was looking at. Dr. Van B has replaced both my knees, if the first one hadn’t been as wonderfully successful I would not have gone back! His entire staff is amazing, great, professional people that always make you feel special.

I had a great appointment today with Doctor Van Bergyeyk he was as amazing as everyone said he was great about explaining everything to me not trying to push anything. I was very happy with my visit. All the staff there was amazing would definitely recommend them to everyone I knew.

The whole experience was very nice. Staff was very friendly and helpful and made you feel relaxed.
