I was born and grew up in California, and I am happily married with two wonderful children. I chose to pursue medicine because I enjoy science and like helping people. I attended medical school at Saint Louis University and completed my residency at the Naval Medical Center in San Diego. I am fellowship trained in sports medicine and board certified in orthopedic surgery. I joined Kaiser Permanente because the organization allows for a healthy/work life balance, which helps ensure high-quality care for all patients.
