Dr. Anthony Peter Volpe SR., MD

I’ve, had many health problems, and Dr. Volpe is the most compassionate doctors you could find. He is an excellently. The office staff is the good, Laurie is wonderful, they are great.

I basically feel the EXACT same way as this previous reviewer. I couldn't have written it better so I just copied it here below. "Dr. Volpe himself is a very kind, thorough and caring doctor, and is apparently so popular, he does not take on new clients. I feel lucky to have him as my primary care taker for so long. HOWEVER, I have two huge concerns about his offices: a) there is something terribly wrong with his office staff b)Their hours are ridiculous.The office staff are reguarly incompetent, rude, abrupt, huffy and do not call you back with your test results in a timely manner (or at all!). They act bothered/rushed if you do call to follow-up, it requires many, many phone calls to get any feedback. I find it very unnerving to have an office clerk delivering the results of my labs, this should be communicated by someone who is trained/able to answer my medical questions/concerns. This is how well run offices handle the issue. Another huge concern is their hours of operation.… They are there from 10-5 M,T & Th but take a 2 hour break for lunch from 12-2pm so trying to make an apppointment on my lunch break or begging the office clerk for your test results is an absolute nightmare and... I believe they are closed on Wednesdays and not in until 12-1pm-5 on Fridays?? I mean, come on! This wouldn't be the worst thing in the world but I think it makes the staff wildly busy making appts during the short period of time they are actually there, therefore, they don't "get around" to calling you back with your labwork. If Dr. Volpe weren't such a good doctor I would never step foot back to his office ever again."

He leaves no stone in turned he has wonderful medical instincts and gets to the bottom of your problem. I am lucky to have found him. He makes you feel like family

Dr. Volpe gives you the maximum with each visit. He checks you inside and out. He really is the best.

Ladies in the front office are abrupt and unpleasant to deal with. Appear to feel the patients are bothering them. Not helpful and scary! I wonder if they give the doctor patient messages. Also, do not like to fax or make copies of anything - apparently too much work for them.

Dr. Volpe is a very caring and helpful doctor.
