Dr. Antoine Elias Mitri, MD

I have been trying for at least 2 months to get an appointment, but NO ONE EVER answers the phone. How do they stay in business? And after reading all of the other reviews, I'm going to consider it a blessing that he is not my doctor because I would never wait longer than 30 minutes, I cannot stand doctors that don't listen, and I hate bad smells so if the office smells that horrific, I surely don't want to be there. Oh and I definitely couldn't deal with the rude and disrespectful office staff because I am still a work in progress, so I match energies.

Extremely disappointed

This person doesn't care about his patients. The office is packed wall-to-wall; even with an appointment you will wait four or more hours. They absolutely never pick up their phone either. It takes weeks to even try to get through to the office on the phone. When you see him, he will be rude and quick and not at all thorough. I have a feeling he probably got straight D's in med school.

Get other place because here they treat you like trash, the personal don't understand that they have their job for us, they don't answer the phones, the Doctor don't answer you if you have any questions or health problems if you don't have appointment with him.

unprofessional office, called for medical records for a patient they referred, left so many messages, no call back and no medical records were ever sent. I asked to speak to manager, was transferred, such a rude lady, making conversation with a staff member, while I was trying to explain the situation. All she kept saying there nothing she can do. This office does not care about their patients at all. I wish I could give it a 0 star.

The staff are very rude and unprofessional, unorganized and just dont care about the patients not to mention the horrible bathrooms, no toilet paper, no toilet seat covers, no paper towels the bathroom had feses all over the seat and nothing to even clean it up with. The whole building stinks so bad that you cant even be I there. It took 3 hours to see the dr and all the staff kept saying is he is running behind. My son has been here before and he said it's always like this the wait time is so beyond rude you cant even ask them a question. If I could give this office negative starts I would . Horrible place to be sent to.

Dr. Mitri specializes with patients who are afflicted with bipolar condition. He is a Neurologist & understands the workings of this affliction.

Staff very rude and incompetent Never saw doctor, upon entry to office had an uneasy feeling the place is dirty, had an odor, you can see people having vitals taken in hallways. Even the county hospital is better than this place. Glad we didn’t see Dr. could just imagine. Wouldn’t not take my pet here. Would not recommend.

I've been coming to Dr. Mitri for years now he is one of the most caring doctors out there he truly does care for the well being of his patients. He is very knowledgeable about his field and trust worthy.
