Dr. Antoinette Navarro Koe, MD

Doctor Antoinette Koe had seemed like a nice enough Doctor at first and most of the initial staff was nice (went to her for a little over five years), but then things quickly went horribly, horribly wrong by the fifth year and with more and worsening staff changes, she became far too, pushy with the over scheduling and phone harassing of un-necessary appointments and medical procedures . During one of these rather Un-necessary appointments and procedures she had me waiting alone in a cold room for two and a half hours for a very embarrassing and as it turned out abusively painful procedure I didn't need!!! However, when I did need a referral to a specialist like the time my ear drum broke and then when I was getting very severe headaches she and her staff left me waiting around to the point to where calling them several times a week for six months, before they finally got "around" to sending out my referral slips! (They said they kept "forgetting" and that they'd get back to me… later in the day) Needless, to say I was very pleased, when a change of insurance finally freed me to go see a different more respectable Doctor elsewhere with a bit more grace, dignity and compassion, than this!
