Quick and not so caring

This was bar none the worst experience that I have ever had with a doctor. I had to come back multiple times to get her work corrected and she still didn't do it right. One day I sat in the office for more than three hours waiting to get in with her (my appointment was at 10:00 and I wasn't seen until 1:30). On another occasion, I overheard her joking with the staff "what is this--Retreatment Day?"-- referring to the fact that so many patients had to come back that day to have her try and fix her botched jobs on their teeth. She had horrible bedside manner and was reluctant to numb my mouth up to the point that I was no longer in pain as she was doing these procedures. The dentist that referred me reached out to her and she argued with him (even though I know that he is clearly way smarter than her)and she was still resistant to fixing her botched job when he requested that she do so. He said that he will no longer refer any patients to her because he agreed with me that she was a… quack. Save yourself a lot of time and aggravation and find yourself an endodontist that can get the job done right the first time.
