Dr. Antonio L Del Valle, MD

My dentist recommended that I see Dr. Del Valle for trigeminal neuralgia (facial shocks). When I called the office to make the appointment I was specific as to my reason for seeing Dr. Del Valle. He was very nice when we met and listened to my symptoms. He never touched me, spent less then 10 minutes with me and then tells me there's nothing he can do, no medication prescription just a recommendation to see someone else. He then charges me $150 for the visit. After I had some time to think about this I called the office to ask why I was accepted as a patient if the doctor knew in advance he wouldn't be able to help me. The office manager agreed and said she would speak with the doctor. His response, I shouldn't have been recommended to him in the first place. What kind of answer is that??? I would strongly encourage anyone planning on seeing the doctor to make sure he will be able to help you with your condition before you waste your money.
