Dr. Antonio Valentino Escueta, MD

Dr. Escueta was kind and interested in my daughter's case. His gentleness and sense of humor helped us handle a difficult diagnosis, and made it possible for my daughter to accept that she must take a large amount of medicine for her body weight, despite its side effects. As for follow-up, this man is incredibly busy and left it to us to contact him, but gave us clear guidance regarding things of concern.

Dr. Escueta helped me learn about epilepsy, and indeed, he has always been kind to me and very sweet to my mother too. He and his whole staff are courteous; outstandingly polite, in fact. Unfortunately I am not eligible for brain surgery (otherwise they'd have to remove the whole brain...). While the correct combo of meds certainly work for me, I prefer to treat myself when I can. Of course I maintain that Dr. Escueta and his staff are wonderful caregivers. One thing I also observed while in his office is that he is a wonderful, patient teacher, too. I was also lucky enough to be a patient to Dr. Escueta's students at the time.
