Went for a wellness check and pain in my shoulder. I had cancer removed there a few months earlier with a different Dr. Staff took 11 days to order my tests (Xray + Blood). They found it annoying I had to call them to remind them after it took 11 days of me waiting in pain. Dr. Roa missed ordering a routine CBC, something I have always had included in any wellness check. Turns out my arm was infected and a CBC would have picked up on it. I couldn't get proper with him. He double charged me too but it was a wellness check covered 100% by my insurance. I asked for my lipid results and was told I can't have them. I had to go to the hospital to get them myself. No followup for the care, or lack thereof, he did provide which included taking notes. Nothing more.

He is an excellent physician,good rapport,compassinate and highly recommeded to all my colleagues
