Dr. Antonio Serru Paez, MD

Unprofessional to say the least, not only did my father experience multiple fraudulent charges to his debit card several time. But today he was informed that Dr. Serru Paez would no longer treat him because of issues with his insurance. This was after having the appointment confirmed by one of his office works the previous night. My father despite the fraudulent charges on his card stayed with Dr. Serru Paez because he had been his physician for several years, but clearly this man has no care for his patients.

This place is the worst clinit I have ever been to. The receptionists, nurses and doctor are extremely rude and condescending. The doctor kicked me out after I waited two and a half hours. Very unprofessional. This place should be closed permanently! Everybody there is incompetent and disrespectful. Save your valuable time and go somewhere were you get treated with respect.

hace unos dias fui a mi cita llegue media hora antes y me enraron una hora despues de mi cita y al cuarto estube otra hora mas esperand o que llegara el doctor importante mencionar que no habian muchos clientes ,bueno me selai a preguntar a todas las enfermeras o asistentes por la demora y muy mal que te tratan ,que tenia q esperar q habian pacientes delante de mi y sino q me podia ir ,esta gente no juega con el tiempo de quienes le dan de comer porque yo deje de trabajar para ir a la cita y lo peor de todo fue que tenia que recoger a mi hija en la escuela a las 3;30 y eran las 3 y no salia creo que me lo hicieron las asistentes de idea ,yo desesperada y ellas riendose de mi decian ahora que termine te ayudo y nunca se paro de la silla la gorda desgraciada ,el punto es que tube que pedir corriendo ayuda para que me recogieran la nina ,y del susto hasta se me bajo la presion .NECESITAN PERSONAL CON CAPACIDADES Y PROFESIONALISMO ,OH CUANDO LLAMAS POR TELEFONO PARA TOMAR CITA AVECES NO… RESPONDEN .CADA DIA PIERDEN MAS CLIENTES POR LA MALA CALIDAD .

Mi experiencia en general muy mala, desde que llamas por teléfono a pedir cita hasta q sales de allí en general, el personal completo, son incompetentes, no son resueltos a buscar soluciones , al contrario, siempre corriendo, maltratando, mi experiencia personal doy a conocer mi peor opinión, no son merecedores ni tan siquiera de una sola estrella. Me quedo sin palabras, de verdad!!

Went to him for years. While I was going to him I had a heart attack and had to have 3 stints put in at one of our local hospitals. When I was released and went to him for a visit HE DID NOT BELIEVE ME. This went on for a couple of years. I finally had to go to the hospital pay for a copy of my heart attack records and show it to him. He slammed his IPad against the counter and replied “well you didn’t have it in here.” Meaning his office. He would not accept the fact that he hadn’t believed me and was trying to justify his being wrong. Also accused me of doctor shopping for sleeping pills. I’ve only gone to one other doctor in this and he took over that doctors practice which he had all my records to that doctor who retired. He always displayed an arrogant attitude with me. Beware of Danger at The Doctors Office. This one can do you harm. I also received a call from the Medicare Dept. of the U.S. that they were investigating him. His front desk does not know how to work… the telephones. Many, many times put on hold for long period of times and had to make several call backs to even book an appointment.

He estado diversas veces en la clínica del Dr Serru y siempre he tenido la atención esmerada y profesional que he buscado. El equipo entero encargado de recibirlo y atenderlo hacen que uno se sienta bien atendido. Indiscutible mente, recomiendo la clinica

DIOS MIO NUNCA HE VISITADO UNA CLINICAL TAN HORRIBLE. LAS MUJERES QUE TRABAJAN EN EL FRONT DESK TIENEN EL PEOR CUSTOMER SERVICE QUE HE VISTO EN MI VIDA. LOS TRABAJADORES DE ATRAS SON MALISIMOS, TE MALTRATAN, ANDAN CORRIENDO, NADA DE BUEN SERVICIO Y SI TIENES PREGUNTAS O SI LLENAS ALGUN PAPEL MAL TE REGANAN DE MALA FORMA COMO SI VIVIERAMOS EN CUBA DE NUEVO. I REALLY DONT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE! I AM SOOOO SERIOUS! THIS PLACE SHOULD BE CLOSED!!!!!!!!!

Called office this morning.. abruptly put on hold for over 15 min so I hung up. Terrible phone etiquette

A mi me trataron como un trapo viejo y me amenazaron por perder una sita. Las mujeres k t atienden con el nombre y cuando llamas para sacar una sita

Mi madre , se encontraba muy enferma y se iba deteriorando su salud , cuando El doctor la evaluó , le hizo un diagnóstico certero y le dio un tratamiento efectivo , con lo que mi madre mejoro y sano , por lo que estamos muy agradecidas y con toda seguridad lo recomendamos .
