Amazing dr. And amazing staff! I couldn’t have asked for better care for my baby and I, especially being high risk. Dr. Gupta gave me the most memorable delivery and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Thank you!

My cousin is now 4 weeks away from giving birth and does not have any English speaking family that live close to her. She has not been able to get checked by Dr. Gupta.The doctor's office does not have any translation service and does not allow for family members to call in to help. The doctor will ask you to leave, cancel your appointment, and refuse to see you until you have a translator physically there with you (no exceptions) When asked if there are any other option due to our limited resources the doctor's office told us you can pay for a translator, but until you have one we will not see you. The customer service is poor (Kelly) and Dr. Gupta is not there to serve patients or the baby that the patients are carrying. She is there for her own convenience and making sure she gets her payday. What an insult to the medicine field. Nothing about this doctor and her staff is worth your time.

I was very pleased with my experience Dr.ANU GUPTA.Her Caring,loving attitude have always made me felt so comfortable to talk about my pregnancy. Choosing Dr.Anu Gupta for my delivery was Best Decision she was so compassionate. I am exceedingly satisfied with her professionalism and commitment of excellent care.even nurse Amelia was so kind,loving.I was welcomed with friendly staff and they were very helpful..I would hihgly recommend Dr.Anu Gupta.Sweet dr from inside and out!

I seriously love my Dr, & have the most respect for this woman! We are preparing to deliver baby number 2, two years in a row. She has been one of my major rockstars. Great at her job, but not your typical robot Dr, she is hands on and supportive. What more can you ask for in your OBGYN.?

Dr. Gupta and her staff are amazing. Dr Gupta throughly explains everything and goes in detail behind why she is doing what she is doing. Emilia (her assistant) is very knowledgeable, personable, professional and cares about your well being. Overall, I am glad I found a Doctor I am comfortable with and a staff that delivers a great customer service.

She is a best Ob-Gy physician. She is very kind caring and works with you to help Solve any problems.her experience shined Brightly as she never missed a beat and Was able to help me and my baby. Her Staf is very great. I like her way of behavior and caring.

I was so excited to have this doctor (yes, a little bias) because she is a female Indian doctor. My previous obgyn was also female Indian and was a wizard at surgery, and overall fantastic. The moment I met Dr. Gupta she portrayed attentiveness, but wasn’t friendly (and to me that’s fine as long as she shows care about my health and the baby.) I’ve learned this doctor (from the assistant nurse or the staff -they don’t remember things) care about me and my wellbeing. They don’t care about your out of control nausea, “it’ll pass” (even though there is medicine for it.) They don’t care you’re constipated because it's you’re fault you’re not drinking enough water or eating enough fruits and vegetables. And, if you defy her order of things, she’ll make sure to call you out on it (not even in a professional manner), or she’ll threaten to release you from her care for being non complaint. (I understand drs have to meet certain rules or they can get sued, but my situation didn’t warrant this… warning.) I’m such a pushover type personality that I can’t believe I am experiencing this quality of care. I really dislike this woman and don’t look forward to my appointments. My advice to you, remember we’re living in America and we get to choose which Dr we want to be in charge of our prenatal care, so use that power to choose anyone else, especially during this beautiful and sensitive time in your life.

In 2015 I was her patient when she used to work at Kid Care Medical in Addison, IL. Right before she left the practice basically she humiliated and insulted me. She came in the room she asked me that I wanted to tigh my tube. I said I don't want, because I wanna have another child. Surprisingly she told me that I'm too old too have another child. I was only 34 years old. I asked myself that am I too old? Then I found out we are same age. Also I supposed to get cesarean. I asked her if she can deliver my baby before she leaves? Right away she refused! What kind of Dr is she? I wanna warn to other mothers who are expecting babies. She is not good Dr at all!!!
