This woman hands are a gift from God. She truly cares for her patient's. Her knowledge on her occupation is out of this world. This is the only doctor I want to deliver my children.

I am a 32yr old first time mom and she really took the time to hear all of my over the top worries without judgment. We laughed, I got teary, she hugged me...it was just a great experience. Her staff and can be a bit short, but that has nothing to do with her as a doctor! Love her!

I love Dr. O, everyone in the office is very polite. My wait time is never long, they get me in and out. It's a very clean and quiet atmosphere. Glad I picked her to deliver my daughter! She's great!

Worst doctor in history. Extremely rude and very disrespectful. This doctor needs her licensed revoked. Never answered any of my questions, kepted me waiting for over an hour, then rushed me out of the office. Asked me irrelevant personal questions about my love life and inflicted an extreme amount of pain to my body during what was called an examination in which I never asked for. I recommend a soul to be treated by this doctor.

I think she is a great doctor she hears you and understands you, I came in a hot mess and she hugged me and talked with me. I think I took over 45mins in the room with her. I think that's why she takes a long time with her patients because actually you never know what someone is going through. People are so rude I saw a young female snapping at her nurse because of the waiting time. Then she tired to get her to diagnose her in the middle of the hall. I don't think her nurse is a doctor, women need to realize nurses are just there to help you and get you prepared in a room not give you a diagnosis. They are both Dr and nurse very informative it's up to a patient to listen and make all questions before doctor leave the room. I liked the front desk staff but they are always playing and laughing with laughter is good but not to make fun of people and they have such bad language no respect for young children or older adults. That radio is so loud and the check in girl talks so loud and… unprofessional maybe if the radio wasn't so loud she could hear.

GIVE THE APPOINTMENT BUT WHEN VISIT TO CLINIC THEY TOLD WE DON'T ACCEPT BCBS FROM THIS WEEK AND THIS DR. RECCOMEND TO ME BY MY INSURANCE SO I FEEL SO BAD AND SAD

Dr. Ongulaire's medical assistant Susan is very rude and she sounds like she always has an attitude when you call her or ask questions. I've been a patient there for almost four years but after this last visit I have decided to switch doctors.

Every time I have gone into that office I have waited at least an hour and a half to be seen. If my appointment is at 10am, please donâ??t see me at 12. I have been in three times and experienced considerable delays each time. I would expect it if I called that day but these appointments are made months in advance. When I went in there last they had sick, coughing patients in the waiting room with pregnant women and newborn babies. They need a sign discouraging that. When I see the doctor she dismisses my concerns and of the 2 hours I sat there I may see her for 5 minutes max. Her nurse is disrespectful and unprofessional. When I call, which is once in a blue moon, she is hateful, nasty, and is never informative. She puts me off, and never tells me my lab results. I asked her what was going to be expected at my next appointment, she got snobby and told me she did not know. I should know. The routine tests are not something I will always know and I think her behavior is inappropriate.… She should keep notes on patients and generally know what is going on with them, write it down.

As a first time mother I felt like she wasn't as informative as she should be. Anytime I wanted test results I would have to ask, unlike my doctor I switched yo who would inform me of everything. Even the glucose results. I was told that I would get harmony results in 5 days, but didn't hear from her for over 2 weeks. Which was frustrating to me. The staff wasn't as welcoming either. Rarely greeted with a smile. I just took this as a bad experience and a lesson learned. A friend of mine also went to her but then immediately switched doctors. I waited til I was 8 months and was just sick of not liking my doctor.

Maybe I just hit her on a bad day, but as a first time client, I didn't expect to have her come in nearly two hours late, mumble "sorry" then ask, "what do you want?". How can a doctor who made me feel so bad get such good reviews? How could I invoke such an awful first impression? People have said she explains stuff and is very patient. Once she found out I was only there for an annual exam, she rushed me to the exam room, shoved the tools in then rushed me out, not even offering the opportunity for questions. I know it sounds dramatic, but I felt violated.
