C. Box just now Wow this office never called me back after 4 messages left. I wonder if this Doctor realizes his front office girls are costing him money and bad reviews. I’m not the first to have this happen apparently. I gave the gal all my insurance info. She said she would call my insurance company to make sure I could be seen, and she would call me right back. 3 messages later and 3 weeks later, no call. I have made other arrangements. I wonder if this Dr would have helped me ????? Meanwhile I’ll just sit here in pain!!!!!!!!!!!!

We are so grateful to Dr. Gupta who we have just met. He administered an epidural shot providing immediate relief for my mother who was experiencing excruciating pain in her back and could hardly walk. Dr. Gupta is conscientious, courteous and caring. His staff are well organized, polite and efficient. We are so glad that we have met you Dr. Gupta and thank you for your professionalism and efficacy.

This guy's a jerk

1. Receptionist talked and laughed loudly with 2 other staff members about inappropriate topics in public. 2. More paperwork to fill out then I have ever seen and they would not let me fill it out at home and bring it with me so long time filling out paperwork in waiting area before I could be seen 3. A room of 3 staff including the doctor and no-one introduced themselves and told me what their role was for this meeting...not even the doctor greeted me. 4. Told me they would get authorizations and contact me ...8 weeks later I called for status and they said "call your insurance company".

Do not bother going to this Dr. I agree with the other reviews and would write the same thing that everyone else wrote.

Negative experience in every sense of the word. A disgrace to the medical community!

He was 40 minutes late to my appointment, I was the first of the day which means he was late for everyone else today. He came in talking down to his staff and scolder her in front of me. He didn't help me nor offered to refer me to someone who could. He told me to have surgery. This man has horrible bedside manners and is rude to his staff and patients.

Probably one of the most recently bad new doctor experiences I've had in a long time.

Dr. Gupta was always rude, arrogant, and distant, riding high on an apparent ego trip. He was at least tolerable until the day he gave me nerve injections in my neck. Apparently the anesthesia was causing me to stop breathing. Some time passed and after that was resolved, I was taken into surgery. Typically, during an office visit, he repeatedly ran off to tend to something else. Surgery was no different. He left a needle in my neck for 15 minutes! I had excruciating pain in the back of my head for months after that. Now, I am losing feeling in my hand on that side. At my follow up visit, he was sporting a radiant smile. He jumped right in, and accused me of getting pain meds from 2 doctors at the same time, and he had proof. Trouble is, he didn't read the proof, which was a monstrous pharmacy screw up. Also, he didn't read that I received exactly what he had prescribed, not one pill more. I think this was a cover up. I think he knew he harmed me during surgery. His… air of self-importance was sickening, and worse, his report has so far, apparently, prevented me from getting treatment elsewhere.

I was in a severe car accident broke almost every bone on my right side of my body was broken had multiple surgeries on my liver, spleen, and lung. I was seeing pain management in Austin Texas where I had moved after my accident and was prescribed oxycodone for my chronic pain. I had sent Dr. Anuj my medical records 2 weeks prior to my visit and there staff did not do their responsibility of retrieving them . My medication had 2 days before running out. Dr Anuj stated that the doctors and the facility I was seeing out there were much better and they aren't able to offer me the same treatment. He told me to go to detox or back to Texas. Hands down worst Doctor I have experienced since dealing with this tragedy. Find ANYONE else.
